Hailing from Forest Creek Maryland, Goonew’s off kilter flows and whisper delivery have turned heads all over the underground. At the moment he’s still independent and on his grind, having already released three mixtapes this year. From the ear shattering bass banger “Drip and Ice,” to the Teddy Pendergrass sampling “Tko,” Goonew has proved himself versatile while never losing what makes his music so unique. If Goonew keeps releasing quality projects at the rate he currently is, it seems like its only up from here.
